Question

I retired from the Army on 31 Oct 2010 and I completed my C&P exam back in July. I know they just started working on my claim on 01 Nov however my question is how long does it usually take to get a rating. I filed more than 30 claims so I know the time may be a bit longer than normal.

30 Claims..... (WOW)

Talk about dropping the hammer on them.

I cannot contemplate a time line.

Since you had your C and P exam, I think it will be fairly soon but that is a whole lot of information to adjudicate.

Good Luck

30 claims is going to take the VA a while. I bet you get many deferred decisions and 0% ratings. Just be sure to keep your appeals active for as long as it takes. You are in it for the long haul. Did you get medical retirement from military?

Rectal Bleeding

and many many more...

list of meds.

When you got your VCAA letter did it list each and every disability you are claiming? If you get a decision consider any claim not denied, deferred or approved to have been denied. You should file a NOD on all the issues no matter what rating you get. When you claim a condition you have to have a clear diagnosis for it. Back pain is not a diagnosis. Just keep all these things on appeal while you learn the ins and outs of this system. You are in the world of the VA now and there is no timeline. The VA is immortal and you and I are not.

Brother you can go to the schedule for rating disabilities and check each condition as long as you know the criteria and where your disabilities are located within the schedule. I know the OSA will be 50 percent disabling according to the regs. ( CPAP)

TITLE 38 CFR PART 4.

Vet 2010,

I believe you have 17 issues listed above, and state they have all been service connected.

So what is it - has one issue been granted at 10% as shown in your profile and the other 16

have been granted SC at zero percent ?

Am I understanding this correctly or are you saying you feel the other 16 issues

will be granted service connection in the future ?
