Are you a member of Gold Star Wives?

Their newsletters should have info on their take of all this.I think a newsletter is coming soon from them-will let you know what it says.

I have been a member for years and Gold Star Wives aggressively fights for widows/widowers and all survivors regarding VA benefits.I think they might have some GSW service officers but their main function does not involve individual claims, geared more towards legislation that would benefit many.

They have proposed all sorts of legislation and ,in my opinion, they get more done for survivors of veterans than any other vet org does and have given testimony to H VAC and S VAC.

The link I gave you -this is more information----Colonel Dan sent it to me from someone else:

"Please understand that this refers to Tricare,

Prime  and not Tricare for Life.  Some are

misintrepting that.

So far as I know there are no proposed increases

to the Tricare for Life program.   TFL is related

to Medicare, Part B.

Please read the below  article from American Forces

Press Service  in its entirety.
