what is a Blue sheet ?

I was wondering also if when evaluating a new claim they look at info from previous claim ( which was denied and is pending BVA ),

or will they just look at new submitted info and C+P exam.

I feel that my new claims would qualify me for IU, but fear they will base reason for not being able to work on claims which were denied.

What happens when you have several conditions which prevent work, some which are SC but some are not (yet).

mrp - The VA will only look at Service-Connected disabilities for determination of TDIU. If you have non-Service-Connected disabilities, then there is a possibility that they will use those to deny TDIU, as they are not service-related. TDIU is to be award solely upon the basis of Service-Connected disabilities.

The Social Security Administration looks at ALL disabilities to make a determination of being disabled or not.
