Yesterday,December 7, 2011 MD Anderson the doctors gave me the news.

The PC is not doing well. MD Anderson said they can't to stop this monster prostate cancer, and I have 2--3 years to live! Thanks Agent Orange

They have a drug out there to slow it down call Provenge which has very little side effect, but the cost is $300,000, if my Insurance company will cover it.

The other drugs right now out there will degrade life to live longer :(

I can only hope and pray that they do. Beside that, they don't have much.

I'm still have DMII,IHD and PN which is a battle to live with. Working still with VA on the other problem's

A small question to the minds out there, Is there any way I can get help from VA on these special drugs? Only a couple place's that can do this procedure!

Thanks for all your help. A good thing happen, my daughter is having  my first grandson.

If the VA will not provide the drug go see you congressman. If that does not work go to the media. The military of the United States poisoned us. They are responsible for treating us. I might even go see a newspaperman and sit with him and tell your story. They often love to beat up on the VA. This is if the VA says they can't provide this drug. Sometimes they will provide very expensive drugs. I have agent orange conditions and I don't intend to go quietly if the VA tells me to get my affairs in order. The VA is responsible for your treatment not your private insurance.

Well, there is someone keeping and eye on me.

The Insurance company came thru on the drug Provenge for my PC. The cost is $100k to $300k and that what the doctor's at MD Anderson said.

This drug Provenge has very little side effect

Starting with:

Chills, Fatigue, fever, nausea, vomiting, Pain, ECT! The list goes on!

The good news it give me 2-3months to be normal before thing's get bad? Also spend more time with my Grand Son! This will give the Doctor's more time find answer or maybe a cure. God Bless!!!

For you male vet's over 50. Get check, a simple blood test PSA. My psa is not important any more, but my time is

Well, for you guy's that might have PC and is stage 4 and tumor's in your Lymph nodes and bones. The drug Zytiga 1000 mg a day and the good drug called prednisone.

It will or should work for about 4-5 months. Side effect are wounderful and to long to print out.

Are should i say, It will be the drug of my choice.

I know that MD Anderson Doctor's are the best at this fight.

Looking back at 2008 when I found out that i had PC and a Vietnam friend came down with the same thing. I remove my prostate and he only remove the part that was effected.

Now in 2012 I face the same out come as he does, but his is farther along it's in his bones.( Which suck) We continue to stay in touch.

He went with local doctor's to help him. I went with MD Anderson to help me.

Is there a point to this, go to the specialist that know.
