Employment Questionnaire

I couple of days ago I saw a post which I can't for the life of me find now. It stated that it is now time to send in your annual employment questionnaire if your are on IU. I have always been under the impression that VA form 21-4140 is to be submitted around the time of your award. If I am mistaken I would very much appreciate someone correcting me. Is the form due around the first of the year or around the time of your award? The only info I find on VA sites is that the form is due annually which does not really narrow it down for me.

I am not really sure but I just send one in every January attesting to fact I have not worked for the last 12 months

I am afraid the morons will try and reduce me saying they sent something and I did not respond. I am not taking chances. Like I say they have not sent me one for a couple of years.

Always submit anything and everything in a timely fashion.

VBA doesn't have time limits but claimants do.
