Sleep Apnea Claim

Question

I was thinking if I should give it a shot to put a claim in for sleep apnea... I know for a fact no sleepng disorder is in my SMR, but I heard PTSD and meds is also a cause for sleep apnea. My wife wakes me up just about everynight because I breath so shallow and snor and disturbing her sleep and mines as well. I have never snor or had problems in breathing while in the service. I filed 3 claims and my last exam will be end of this month (PTSD)

now should I wait till I get my rating for my claims or should I go ahead and still claim for sleep apne

I think it's a good idea to get treatment documentation for any affliction in a claim, so I'd talk to doc about a sleep study.

Some say claim everything now but, if you keep adding to it, it's going to be delayed.

Apnea seems far from a slam dunk on claims so I'd get treated but wait on claiming it.
