Great info !

This is the basis of my CUE claim for SMC accrued.

SMC is mandated by statute as an inferred issue when the medical evidence warrants it.

If the VA has medical evidence that warrants SMC consideration and they do not infer SMC that is a CUE.

I remind all too that this applies to Section 1151 disabilities as well as direct SC disabilities.
