man i final get a call from amc they tell me they still working on remaned iu claim and i will be send for a exam. i have had 4 exam by them in 2 yrs ever one say i could nt work.

what are the going to keep send me until they get one tosay i could.

i was granted a issue i have fought since 1994 it get to them i was given 0% effective 2007.

told that is right and i would have to appeal to court.

here why i am stress my lawyer has the telephone conference with vgc today so now lets see what they say. or this could go on for years.

i did the cue claim of a 1994 decision i was found that my claim has been in appeal status since1994.

2001 a dro who has authory over appeal granted me 60% for same issue and iu on decision it say this is a full grant of all current appeal.

bva turn around granted 10% from 1994-2001 and remaned my iu claim.

this is wrong and shows how bva will not even follow law. when they owe u

i have ask for my effective dates for both to be 1994 by ingram vs nicholson not once answer so lets see what they say today.
