Thanks, Berta. So I have a good chance at P&T? I will appeal that then. Not that I thought I was out of the weeds yet or anything. I've been trying to relay this new decision to SSDI. So far, nothing on that. My letter says next C&P is in 5 yrs. How reliable is that?

You had excellent evidence, as I recall Scout- so this is GREAT News!!!!!!!!!!!

I feel your evidence not only warranted TDIU but also P & T status.

If they don't give you P & T that is something to definitely appeal.

The money could arrive in your bank acct if you have direct deposit- even before their letter comes.

Does the award letter say they granted DEA for your dependents?

I would think this evidence would make you P & T :

"I received another letter from my Voc Rehab counselor saying: As your vocational rehabilitation counselor,

I have made a determination that it is not feasible for you to benefit from a program designed to return you to gainful employment

due to your service connected disabilities.

However we will be providing you an evaluation for Individualized Independent Living Services."

Maybe the C & P in 5 years is to still determine ILS is warranted?

If they didnt award you P & T - appeal that because if the VA says one is un -vocrehabable due to SC disabilities, why wouldnt they be P & T?

And use their Voc Rehab letter as evidence.

If VA didnt make the DEA award in the decision, did they list the VocRehab findings as evidence?
