Thank you all for your support and information.

I have decided to schedule a appointment with a civilian podiatrist and try to get to the bottom of my foot issue. I believe my back issue is directly connected to my foot problem - my foot causes me to limp occasionally when it gets really bad - hmmm - don't you think that throws the whole body mechanics off? I guess my orhto doc just doesn't understand simple physics...

I am not sure about the neck pain and where it started. Could have been the body armor I lugged around while in Balad, but who knows - might actually just be what he said - but I will get 2nd and 3rd opinions if necessary,.

I certainly do not plan on allowing the VA to blow me off on these issues - I'll pursue to get at a minimum 0% on each just to ensure that I get VA care for them at least - even if I don't get directed compensation.

If you have a MRI or CT scan and a doctors' statement that support your claim then you need to submit it as soon as possible before VA makes a rating decision. This could cause VA to request another C & P exam or it could create a balance of evidence in your file and VA could grant your service connection.

i will have it submitted very soon, thanks for the advice
