Robert the clothes style does not matter after you are as old as me. I buy most of my clo9thes from good will and mark downs at Dollar Store. Got two nice khaki shirts for 5 bucks a piece last week.

No - but the do offer dietary classes and the MOVE Program.

Carlie, my last VA PCP told me not to bother with the MOVE program. She said that with my PTSD, it would be just more stress and more appointments I'd have to go out for. Since the meds that I'm taking for my physical and MH problems nearly all have weight-gain as a side effect, that I'd have a tough go of it and the stress of trying to meet goals and being monitored wouldn't be worth the little good it would do me.

Has anyone here with PTSD been successful with the MOVE program?
