I think this template is pretty good.

I also think claims are handled better and more efficiently when

we can present them in VA lingo and it's important for us all to

learn, use and understand VA lingo.

Going by rules and regs - we should not have to do this but in my opinion

I feel it is beneficial for a quicker resolve of claim issues.
