I have a question: My nml payment is scheduled to be made on the first and it is the rated amount, but in my decision it states "Entitlement to special monthly compensation based on loss of use of a creative organ is granted from 01 May, 2012". How do I get the SMC, 99 dollars a month I believe. Do I have to apply for it special or was this just missed when scheduling my payment?

I am grateful for any help.
