71M10 Posted November 21, 2012 Share Posted November 21, 2012 Well if you were to ask Detroit the question, they would log the request into eBenefits after about 110 days, and the eBenefits entry would tell you that they would have an answer for you in about 13-16 months. The answer you need to be prepared for is that you very well could slip from pending decision back to review of evidence. I truly hope you get a positive notification, but be prepared for less than stellar news as well. I do know two years ago it took them over 100 days from making the decision to paying out the retro.
