Deferred Evaluation Of Granted Apealled Claim Time Line

When the requested clarification information is returned to the DRO as a result of a deferred evaluation/rating after the appeal has been granted, does the DRO process these closed granted Appeals (deferred evaluation/rating) faster than the appeals that have not yet been decided?

It seems that deferred evaluations/rating would be in a special suspense file and would not take much time for the DRO to close out.
