E-Benefits Change?

Looks like they made it a bit harder to access e-benefit from home page of VA home site. Took a while to find under compensation now.

The one primary link that Veterans in pending status go to time and again, and also the one that Veterans searching to file new claims on.......and they hide it......

What's wrong with just leaving it on the homepage? I mean I know I have personally completed at least 20 of their online survey questionaires, begging for accurate information, up to the minute status of the C-file and submissions, the ability to upload documents easily without errors, and the ablity to view everything submitted and everything that the C-file contains digitally.......

.....but......nope, I never said "Hide the eBenefits link"........

I definitely feel your pain, both of you! May they make it easier for all of us and get these issues taken care of. I believe they do this on purpose because I'm sure noone in their right mind would want links taken off the home page I mean like why keep working on ebenies have they gotten that many request for changes Quit changing the darn site and just update it with the pertinent information veterans need to complete their claims. If nothing else Like MARKINTExas said make all information being used viewable
