Question

Hey All, I have looked at several posts looking for info about results of the C&P exam being sent to the Veteran and how long it takes if so? Some post seem to hint at it being so but not how long it takes. Any info about this would be greatly appreciated. Some of you that have read some of my posts know my wife is a stage 3 hodgkins survivor 20yrs ago, I lost ny job and went on SSDI 2 yrs ago and started a new claim for increased eval and durning wait added new info to include TPIU due to S/C injuries I rhought would not affect me until old age and finanically set up, Which has gone south since 1986 due to my and my wifes' health problems. So now very close to loosing house and auto w/o more income. Well just got wifes' biopsy result back today and now has breast cancer and already behind on medical bills and have already been gathering dust phase for 27 mos. now and have had two C&P exams and would like to know how the VA is being informed by C&P examiners, I have been tring to stay positive for my wife, but after finding out today our transportation is going to set us back over 1,000.00 to get fixed also. Any info positive or negitive will be appericated so at least I'll know where I stand!

Thanks your pal in the WWW for Vets ( World Wide War for Vets) Rich!biggrin.png

Hey 71M10, Here's a joke I learned in the 4/9th that has been my favorite however I'll make it PG for the sake of this forum.

There was a little boy sitting on a curb shaking a jar of liquid watching the bubbles going round and around.

A Priest comes by and asks the boy what he was doing, the boy responds " Father I'm watching the most powerful liquid in the world!"

"Oh No No No, said the Preist (shaking his finger at the boy) the most powerful liquid in the wourld is Holy Water. You take two drops of Holy Water and rub it on a pregnan womans belly and she'll pass a baby boy."

"Oh Heck!" replied the boy. " You can take two drops of this here turpintine rup in on a cat's behind and he'll pass a motorcycle!"

I guess the reason I find this joke so funny is because I can picture this really happening. LOL Rich!biggrin.png

If the C&P was done at your VAMC you can walk in and get a print. If it was done by a private company only way to get it is for VARO to release it to you. There are a few exceptions to this but not many that affect Vets who post here.

I would also submit a VA FM 21-526b and mark the block towards the bottom of the page for disabled spouse. The VA will pay extra with a disabled spouse. Submit the 21-526b, 21526ez and include your wife's medical documentation to support your claim.

As for the C/P exam, you will need to request them through your VARO. These documents are not forwarded unles requested by the veteran.
