1996-Bva Remand

Question

Great news, I have had a pending claim on appeal since 1996 for my low back disability, left ankle disability, and right ankle disability. All three claims kept getting denied because the VA stated evidence was not new and material.

Claims finally went the the BVA and the judge reopened all three claim. The claims were remanded back to the RO for a C&P examination.

I received my exam and have my results:

Left Ankle:

Diagnosis was a ankle strain

Date of diagnosis: 4/90

Right Ankle:

Diagnosis was mechanical ankle pain

Date of diagnosis:2/96

Lower back:

Diagnosis was low back strain

Date of diagnosis: 10/89

ROM forward 60

All three conditions were at least as likely as not to be connected to service. Any opinions on potential rating percentage, if any?
