C & P Final Report

I submitted additional new evidence of pending claims along with a VAF 21-4138 and when i checked my ebenefits account to see if they received my new evidence it states that on 01/07/2013 they are showing received VAF 21-4138 and C & P Final report on the same date and i have not had a C&P exam...............am i being railroaded?

I cannot answer to being railroaded. it's possible for the VA to have a "medical professional" review your records, and write an opinion, which the VA may refer to (correctly or not) as a C&P. It's sort of like an IMO, but not.

I just hope he or she is honest, all my new claims are a direct result from my original conditions in which VA doc's all diagnosed and I have an IME/IMO from Dr. Craig Bash as part of my evidence.

Thanks for that information I had no idea that they could actually use information to form a C&P even more reason to have all your information sent to the RO.
