My question: Is a C&P exam required for each and every claim? as in if VA Doc's diagnose you with Major Depression (gaf 45-50) due to secondary from major pain from original service conected injuries are they going to require a C&P exam or just go by VA doc's diagnose? Also daily headaches/migarines which is diagnosed (Cervionic Headaches/migraines) by VA Doc's being a direct result from original service conected cervical triple fusion or will they just read the notes from VA doc's? Also renel disease which is diagnosed from blood test?
basically do they just use reports and such on some of the claims or do you have a C&P exam for each and every one?
Further does anyone know what this might mean (C&P Final Report)? i had sent in additional medical reports (evidence) and on my ebenefits site it states received VA Form 21-4138 on Jan 7th and on the same day it says (C&P Final Report) and i have not had any exams for my new claims???
