A warning to all: every time you visit the VA, for medical care, remember to complain about any medical problems you are having, or are diagnosed with. Every time you see a Dr/RN/PA and they say "how ya doing" or "how are you today" the question is aimed at getting you to say you "you are okay or you don't have any complaints," so that later they can deny your claim(s). They document those statements in your medical records. Just try to remember that everything you do or say will be used against you, if possible.

My VAMC staff now asks how I am doing regarding this visit. Even if I try to tell them, they never log much of anything.

Electronic hugs to you PR....for your birthday!

And I can persobnally verify that PR is definitely a cutie!

This is a funny thread.

AMC. was mentioned here somewhere ... I was talking to a bunch of NVLSP lawyers by phone years ago on a non VA , non-claim related matter. One happened to mention the AMC and I added 'Oh yeah the Black Hole 'and they all laughed.

I am pretty sure Carlie had deemed AMC as that years ago here.

We all need humor ...otherwise we can all go nuts dealing with the system.

And good advice here as well. if you minimize your problems VA thinks you have no problems.
