Qtc Exam

Question

MY QTC exam on my heart led to the CARDIOLOGIST saying in her report , that it was more likely than not a condition that would be service connected.she was wrong and did a lousy exam.she never read my records and only performed an ekg.

When the hearing judge saw the report she could not believe it.

as i had a rebuttal letter from my private doctor who works closely with my heart doctors stating 3 times the my heart in his opinion was a injury acuired in military service requiring one and a half months in a NAVAL hospital CARDIAC ward while considering all the evidence and records

Before the hearing the judge gave me 100% combined with PTSD ,so now i do not have to drive 5 or 6 hrs to the in person hearing.

Watch the QTC examiners i feel the do not try to help the vet much , read your report carefully on any C& P exam it could make the difference

I had a heart C&P from a VA NP. It was a joke. No tests, just her impressions and guesses. I appealed and got some tests and got 60%. I have never seen a cardiologist at the VA. My care at the VA in Tampa is substandard at best. I used medicare for anything more serious than a med check. I have had one good C&P exam out of 10 over the years. When I was first rated I did not even have a c&p exam for mental health issue.

Yes i had a incompetent QTC CARDIOLOGIST and she really screwed up the report

I was so tired of fighting knowing i had over whelming evidence,

I do not know but i think WINSTON SALEM will deny most everyone,

i would never thought any VET would be treated as a second class citizen.

to me all VETS are A-I IN MY BOOK

They are the only ones i trust

Hey, doggie, I was at VA hospital in Tampa yesterday. I felt the disrespect oozing out of the walls. Those VA employees were moving like plant life. I stood at various clinics and the clerks would just keep talking on cell phones and not make eye contact with me. I had to speak up every time to get attention when I am standing right in front of them. To me the VA hospital is just a charity hospital and they really try and make you feel they are doing you a favor by looking up at you. I felt like throwing paperwork right in their faces, but know that would be a quick trip out the door with police escort and possible pepper spray. I don't know if those guys have tasers , but I bet they would like to use them on some vet like me. I was having a bad day and VA made it worse with lack of respect.

I have had 5 C&P since Jan 5, I only saw 2 person who seem to be legit to examine me. The first one was an audiologist and the second was Psychologist . The person in the office did the EKG was just a worker in my opinion. But when I saw the Dr. he was of Indian decent with broken accent. I saw no file except a questionnaire sheet that he read questions off to me. This Dr. was NOT a cardiologist just a GP. I know I will not get a good evaluation from any QTC office, and that will reflect rating increase. I think all veterans needs to pack together and protest the way we are farmed out to contractors who works for the VA. which shows favoritisms to the VA. I will file and appeal once I get the brown envelope from the VA on what I stated the above. Ok just my 2 cents
