Claim For Iu Closed Still Haven't Received Letter

Ebenifits says my claim closed on jan 9 but I still haven't received letter called va they say its been mailed what can I do to find out decision

You can call your VSO or DAV if they represent you. If not just be patient and at the most you will find something out In the next 7-10 days. Good luck and keep us posted bud. Hope you have a good weekend. Enjoy the Super Bowl and try not to go crazy, Lol.

Ok ill wait until wed or so and start calling if they deny my iu what would be the best next step

Go on E-Benefits, and see if a letter has been generated for any changes to your current rating.

If they deny you for IU, see what reasons the VA is claiming, and go into the VA ratings table for disabilities. If you use the VAs words, they can not deny you. Good luck bud and keep us posted
