Hi all, hope this Tuesday finds you well!
I have a question about the temporary disability please...I have two conditions, my first is Hallux Limitus for both my feet. I already had surgery on one with a private doctor back in 96, but never had surgery on the other. My VA doctor has already said that they would do surgery on the other, and mentioned that I would get 100 temporary while I am recovering.
The other is my PTSD, (which I am still waiting on a rating for) and the C&P examiner already stated to me that she has no doubt I suffer from PTSD and depression because of the PTSD. She also recommended that I attend a six week inpatient treatment in Topeka for it. She also said that I would be rated, at least temporarily 100% during this time.
Does anyone have any idea how this process works? How long it takes to approve? Like all my other claims in the past, just at a loss of where to even start.
Thanks all.
