If your current SC is 20%, that makes it very hard to get approved for TDIU. As far as your PTSD we need to see the Exam Report. I just had my C&P last Friday and this Friday I was able to download the exam. It looks like my PTSD, which is 30% now, will be bumped up to 70-100%. In my case I have had PTSD for 5 years, and well documented, to include 3 months in a Civilian Mental Hospital. Sorry to hear of your troubles bud, but again if you load your Exam Results on here, we can give you better advice. God bless and take care

I got denied for TDIU the first time. I went out and got an IME to put it right. The VA tried to say my 70% disability was not the reason I could not work. They tried to say the pain meds I was on at the time were the cause. It was BS, but the IME fixed it. Wait for the decision. Get new evidence and appeal and ask for DRO Hearing.

I'm pretty sure my attorney won't go for another DRO hearing. He didn't want to do the last one. He said the DRO path just puts me farther away from a BVA review. 14 months later he was right.
