tdiu BBA Hearing May 2

I have a BBA hearing on May 2 - 10 years since I filed my claim for degenerative disc disease, sciatica and depression and unemployability.  I recently was approved for Social Security Disability due to these same issues.  The social security was approved first time, by medical documentation.  I have not had a CMP exam in 8 years for these conditions.  I'm trying to figure what to expect on Monday when I go before the Judge.  My lawyer will be there by telephone conference only.  What should I expect and how should I present at this hearing?

I just had a 2 level fusion of L4-L5 with rods and screws inserted.  I was approved for SS Disability before surgery.  How will this help me in my case?

If it's been that long for any C&P exams I see a remand at the most coming from the judge.
