Geez, I just googled Lexis Nexis and a free Lexis browser popped up:

http://lexisweb.com/Search.aspx?Query=Title+38+USC+1967

I have not tried Lexis search for 38 CFR yet for 1967.

And I hesitated telling you to use a law library because  any current  supplements to 38 ,when I used it long ago, were miserable to deal with, and part of my job with a law firm years prior to being a VA claimant was to try to bring supplements up to date in the back of the law manuals.

As a claimant years later I found this system was still just as bad, at law libraries.

For those of you who use the VBM, it is blessing ,in my opinion, to have the citations and supplemental current info clearly cited on the pages of the topics you are reading.

Luckily these days we get ,via the internet ,any new changes to 38 USC and CFR and M21-1MR

I would think you would need the new regs and not the old ones?..but CUE is a rare claim so CUE is in a class all its own.

Maybe that law site link is not for non -lawyers, I couldn't search it well.

And Lexis Nexis might be a better site to use.

It would be easier to find any amendments to 1967 regs, and then go back to the reg they amended ,  if we had more info on the disability..
