You mean you miss your VA Doc so much you start sweating...my gosh....that's a new one...

 nah just teasing ya

If you keep sweating you might should go to the ER and see a Dr about it...not sure what kind of medicine they put in those acupuncture needles but it could be that you need to check about it.

better safe than sorry.

lol Buck I been to ER to PC  they cant find anything I been check for

diabetes, aids, and anything else that make you sweat. I had a nurse to tell me

just by talking to her that it is a side effect from treatment and she was right. I hadn't been sweating

for two weeks since he been gone. One doctor even had me to check sugar level

when it happens all was good. I know now better. I go twice a week but I maybe start

just once per week. RU

My son sweats a lot he is own heart meds, but the one thing the Dr's and specialist can't tell him is why his feet are numb all the time...they don't swell, he says he can't feel his feet?

he has had all kinds of private test and  all the Dr's have positively ruled out diabetes and other neurology testing, he says it makes it hard to just walk not feeling his feet& they get Redish...he has been to about 6 specialist and not a one can can find out what his problem is?...so were all lost as what to do...his symptoms points to diabetes but they checked him for that servereal times.*he don't have it!

I may have him to check out the Acupunture

when ask the Dr what can be done  they all say they don't know? he has to have a diagnoses first and the Dr's are baffeled?

he is just 42

Sweating is good. It is when you quit sweating you need to worry. Acupuncture release endorphins to relieve pain, stimulates blood and body fluids to prevent stagnation and pain, clears your pores to keep all of your organ fluid systems flowing in sync. It can cure strokes, Parkinsons, etc... depending on how long you've had it.

The Yin  (nutrition - to hands/feet from trunk) and Yang (Qi Energy - from hands/feet to head) should be balanced as well.  Strong points are in hands/feet, knees/elbow, back/hip, and scalp (there are over 1000 points.) Most of the magic is in the local areas, but again, just a couple of super points in one hand and one foot can balance out most any treatment. The knees and elbows fix internal organs.

** for example your question: if you had all back points (Yang or energy) and no Yin super points to balance it out, you would sweat. It's like wearing a magnetic bracelet on yin side (palm down wrist) is good, but if you put it on yang side (back of wrist), it will sweat because you are sucking out blood and body fluids without nutritional input to balance it out. All your extremities, front/back, inside/outside, internal/external have yin/yang flows.

MD's go to acupuncturist as well (in trench coats an Sun glasses.) Electronic stimulation needles are up to 600x the strength of morphine per area and it is really the ONLY txt for the lower back L2-S2 (and the nerves for your whole lower body and lower organs.) Get a dermatone chart from web, and your back acupuncture 2" on each side of the spine effects all those dermatone area on the chart (L2-S2): it's wonderful. Too bad I can't do back-acupuncture on myself.

Acupuncture is real and it is a miracle. For ALL the 'chronic' meds that kill your organs, Acupuncture is what most people need most of the time. Western Meds are mainly good for emergencies, What VA Vets get are the chronic meds that do not work and kill your organs: the same ineffective drugs for everything unfortunately that are addictive and lifetime prescriptions. LEARN to research your meds side-effects on Drugs.com (!)

And generally speaking, if done properly (don't puncture a lung or artery) and the patient has eaten, acupuncture does not have side effects. Once people learn they are small needles and not flesh-chunking Western needles, their fears subside and most people relax the best they can during  most treatments (except maybe scalp acupuncture which is strong txt for strokes, paralysis, double vision, etc...)
