I was contacted yesterday by the VA informing me of an upcoming C&P exam in 3 weeks. My exam is for a re-eval for Mental Health (Depression and Anxiety) secondary to chronic back pain (5 back surgeries). I am currently rated at 50% for Depression and Anxiety and I recently had my 5th back surgery back in late Feb. I am on Clonazepam, another med for compulsive disorder and sleeping pills. All of this is on top of my Hydromorphine (pain med). I have a pain implant machine in my lower back which is not helping and my doc want to remove it next month. Do I have anything to worry about at my exam and it is being conducted by the VA at the VA regional hospital? Thanks...
