Question

I was awarded 30% for my depression and remanded Degenerative disk disease and IU.  My claim is expedited for hardship and was wondering what type of time line I am looking at for the remand. Remanded for inadequacy of examiner on musculoskeletal examination.

Its been my experience that remands can take anywhere from 7-17 months. It is very difficult to find a time line when it comes to the VA. A runaround seems to be the most common way they deal with this issue. The iu claim requires that you are 60% service connected and they will not be able to decide this portion of your claim until they make a decision on the degenerative disk diasease. good luck and hang in there I have been working on portions of my claim for YEARS!!
