Also we don’t know yet how the vet made out with the PTSD diagnosis from Dr Valette….I hope he brought the IMO to the VA C & P exam…

 

 

Also the HBP point John Basser made…..excellent…!!!!!!!!!

VA likes to say HBP is “essential” meaning medically  -no known cause -but that is BS.

I proved the 1151 claim I had pending on HBP that I mentioned on the show.

Husband died in 1994, award 1151 HBP contributing to his death, awarded sometime last year,after I did this show.Or maybe it was this year.

That makes DIC award # 4 for me…I forgot to mention that before.

I only get one check of course but it just goes to show how extensive one initial malpracticed condition or  incorrect diagnosis can have a snowball effect and eventually cause an “untimely” death.
