Question on C&P results and possible disability percentage

Question

I finally got a copy of my C&P exams, and I was hoping for your thoughts on possible disability percentages. I am not sure what this would translate into as far as disabilities, or percentages, or if bilateral conditions would apply. So far my scanner is not working, so I cannot upload the results. The C&P exams were performed by a VA contractor, so it looks like the format on the questionnaires is different from the VA’s.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Condition Claimed: Back condition

Constant Dull/sharp aching mid-lower back pain with numbness and tingling with bilateral feet L>R paresthesia.

Documented on C&P exam

*Hypoactive left ankle reflex (Abnormal)

*Hyperactive without clonus right knee (Abnormal)

*ROM at all angles exhibited pain, causes functional loss

*Bilateral lower extremity pain: mild

* Bilateral lower extremity Paresthesia’s and/or Dysesthesias: mild (loss of sensation, distorted sensation)

* Bilateral lower extremity numbness: mild

*Bilateral involvement of L4/L5/S1/S2/S3 Nerve roots (Sciatic nerve)

*Multilevel Degenerative Disc Disease/Lumbar/T-spine.

*Lumbar Spondylosis

Medical Opinion for direct service connection:

The claimed condition was at least as likely as not (50 percent or greater probability) incurred in or caused by the claimed in-service injury, event, or illness.

Veteran had no issues related to the claimed condition prior to military service. Onset of the condition was during service, documented in the Service Medical Records. There is evidence of current, chronic and continuous treatment and care. A nexus has been established.
