what does it mean when a VA  doctor says with less than frequent attack?

Migraines are hard to get a high %, unless well documented, or related to War time head injuries, as mine are. I believe that you will get atleast 10% SC. Now that is a good thing, dont get discouraged. The hardest part is getting SC thru the VA. After that at any point you feel the Migraines get worse, just put in for an increase. Either way continue to seek treatment. I was getting 30 injections every 3 months along with meds and a tens unit. Nothing has worked for me, but again I have had a ton of Concussions, either 7 or 8 cant remember exactly. Good luck, God Bless and wish you the best. Try to hang in there, and keep us posted.

4A, the choices should be as follows:  a yes or no box and then these choices, which the examiner chooses one which is over the last several months.

Less than once every 2 months

once in 2 months

once every month

more frequently than once per month

 

Those are the only choices in that block, I would be writing a statement that there is something wrong there.  THAT is a key in how they rate you.........which one of those they choose with the other things being as they have written will be what %%% you receive.  There is something not right.    You fit all the criteria and they aren't choosing a frequency, maybe they are using a newer or older DBQ?
