Re-Evaluated claim

Question

What  can one do if the VA Dr. made statements that I never said? This is very concerning to me to read the evaluation and to see the Dr. flat out lie and state word for word that I said something that I never said!

I would do it before your denied  if your denied?

you might not be denied  b/c they may just make you the same as you are now ..Although  the Increase could be denied but thats a hell of a lot better than a Reduction.

But if it is the cause of your denial (VA C&P Dr) then I'd try to set the record straight  and maybe go get an IMO as new evidence and make sure you use a specialist using the VA guidelines that will give a better detail impression of your disability than the VA Doc as to rather or not it is the same or as in fact  got worse opine by medical  specialist  for evidence of  exam and reading of pertinent medical records to this claim by the specialist.

JMO

Buck my claim on this is IBS which at this point cannot be increased as I am already receiving the max for that. This is only an attempt for the VA to decrease it.

Thank You for your advice. So far E-Benefits shows the claim is completed and my rating has not changed. I am hoping that is a good sign. The paperwork should be arriving soon. I really do not see how i could be reduced as I have records with my Doctor that the C&P idiot seen that are showing my IBS is very bad still.

Jeff I checked all the AB8 letters on e benefits and it says the same, no change. Do you know if I was reduced would that show on the letter. As it is dated on the AB8 with today's date I am with the same disability I have been at for the past 4 years.
