Question

Hi.

I just got results from my 1st NOD but didn't get the result i had hope for.  I got conditions that were clearly service connected as it was on documented on my health record while in AD. However, i this is the second time its determined non-service related.  Should i file another NOD?

I've only retired less than 1 year ago.

Thank you

If your saying you just received a continued RO (DRO Hearing or Review) Denial of a recent NOD, then the only thing left to do is proceed to the BVA.

In order to file a New Claim or reopen this claim, it must become a "Final Decision." With this recent RO , wasn't there a Denial Continuation, wasn't there a "60 day BVA Appeal" form? Did you complete and submit the BVA Hearing Request form in a timely manner?

How about posting redacted copies of your VA Denial letters?
