Unemployability

Rate this question

Question

I am rated at 70% due to service connected depression. I was recently awarded unemployable. I receive the full compensation rate as 100% but my rating is 70$. Can this be taken away from me or reversed? I am subject to further examinations? I am afraid to make any financial commitments if these things are a possibility. Thank you.

Yes, it can be reversed especially if you start working again, or otherwise show "actual improvement under ordinary conditions of life".

Dont stay awake worrying about it tho, unless you do go back to work, and then you should have "substantial gainful employment" to substitute for your benefits.
