cwaggie2003 Posted January 12, 2018 Share Posted January 12, 2018 I was previously rated at 50%(40% post phlebetic syndrome, 10% femur fracture, 0% eczema). I filed for an increase on the post phlebetic syndrome and to reopen claim for arthritis in both knees 3/1/17. I had a comp and pension exam 6/10/17 and again 11/27/17. My claim was decided 1/10/18. AB8 letter shows the service connected both knees at 10% so I am now rated at 40% post phlebetic syndrome, right knee arthritis 10%, left knee arthritis 10%, femur fracture 10%, and eczema 0%. Keep in mind that you can also file for secondary disabilities, if you end up with any, such as the side effects of medication used to treat your SC disabilities.
