Agent orange at Ascom korea

I was stationed at Ascom Korea in 1968, I’m looking to see if anyone has the environment report from on soil and ground water test in 2011 or know how to get them. I been fighting with va since 2002, so if anyone has the evidence of agent orange or test results, or can help me I would be very appreciative. Thank you

Is it possibly you were also at any Camp in Korea closer to the DMZ?

(I ask because of this Camp Casey AO granted veteran:

I am going to take a quess as to why VA denied your AO claim ( assuming you do have an AO presumptive).

ASCOM Depot was 30 miles away from the DMZ.

The VA might have denied because neither your MOS or any temp duty put you into the DMZ AO criteria. Vets who could possibly prove their MOS took them to the DMZ are in a far better position than those who are trying to prove they were exposed to AO at Ascom Depot.

@cjwensch  I have an article re: Camp Market (ASCOM DEPOT) being contaminated.  The article is dated Oct. 29, 2017.  

"Among the areas of Camp Market scheduled for return, the study showed the presence of dioxin at all 33 survey sites in areas used for the US military's Defense Reutilization and Marketing Office (DRMO). The highest concentration was 10,347 picograms (trillionths of a gram) toxic equivalency (TEQ) per gram, while seven of the 33 sites surveys had levels in excess of 1,000 pg-TEQ/g.

The highest concentration detected was 185 times higher than the 55,748 pg-TEQg maximum measured in 2012 and 2014 soil surveys conducted outside the base by Bupyeong District and the Ministry of Environment....

While there are likely to be differences according to the depth of soil surveyed, the level of contamination at Camp Market is extremely severe if we compare it to the dioxin concentration of around 10 pg-TEQ/g found in South Korean farmland soil where pesticides have been sprayed. What you guys really need to worry about are the US Bases which are contaminated with Dioxin.  I have found Dioxin (not from burn pits) at Fort Dix and Fort Bliss and have added 30 bases on US soil to the DoD Herbicide Tests and Storage Outside of Vietnam.  These bases were closed for BRAC, so they say!

I don't have a dog in this fight, but I am helping a friend who lost her husband to exposure of HO in South Korea.  They said he was not in the DMZ (correct they are!) he was at Reno Hill.  I know Agent Orange and Blue had barrels put aside for use only on I Corps for a specific use.  

Just as quickly as we file appeals to their denials, the links and information we sited are removed from Archives.  This time around we are meeting them in Washington for a face-to-face at an Appeals Hearing.  It's not about money.  She just wants to hear the Army admit they killed her husband.  Agent Orange has now affected their children and grandchildren.
