Preparation For Decision

Question

Getting closer on my TDIU Claim! Hopefully wont be much longer now!

Date of completion is between February 15th and March 21st. Getting past the Gathering of Evidence stage i feel is the best step. The end stages tend to go faster i've noticed since i started this whole process with the VA back in June of 2014

Take this time to check to see if you have all the applicable evidence submitted, and submit it if its not there.  Hopefully you already have a copy of your cfile.  Check to see if a doctor has opined you are unable to maintain SGE due to SC conditions.

If not, you will likely need this..you might as well get that done and submitted now, rather than wait for another denial.

VA does things strange as we all know..if you think your claim is at your R.O.  You better think again,   even if you use a VSO,with the DAV or VFW ect,,ect,, ...when Veteran calls to check the status of his/her claim  they use a computer to check it, your claim could be in SaltLake City Ut, or Waco Tx or Florida, or Butte Montana , ect,,ect,,

Once you file your claim to Janesville Wi  your RO is notified...if your R.O. is not able to work your claim  then they send it to another R.O. that can work your claim in a timely manner  especially a well grounded claim.

And no telling where that will be?....once a decision is made your VSO Say  if you use the DAV he will send you a letter letting you know a decision has been made on your claim and you should get the official packet in the mail within a week  some times the VSO will tell you unofficially the decision some times they won't.
