Question

If awarded IU with no PT what health benefits are dependents eligible for if any? Would ChampVa be available, or is it only for P&T  TDIU?

No T & P = 0 Dependant Bennies. You're just doing a what if, correct. No IU Claim pending?

What's your current CSC Rating?

Depending on your condition? if its of nature and of chronic  status & not expected to improve in your life time & no future exams scheduled, they usually give the P&T ,  even if your not at 100% they can do it with a combined rating as long as the service connected condition or conditions keep you from working  CFR 38 4.15  4.16

I'm not so sure but  just rated a IU it maybe just a temp/rating

I.U. (Individual  Unemployability)

The TDIU means (Total Disability Individual Unemployability.) and usually comes with P&T

THEN THE SPOUSE GETS BENEFITS..other wise your the only one with the benefits and no chapter 35 or educational allowances for spouse.
