Question

My name is Mickey and I have been disable sence 1983,what I would like to no is how can the va regional office send me to their Doctor for a C&P and don't stand by their own doctors who did the Exam,every one of my appeals I have won,and now my claim 14 years old.cand some one help understand this.

The VA schedules re exams a lot of times if:

1.  You are seeking an increase.

2.  If your condition has, or may have gotten better.  

If you have been "out of treatment" then that is a red flag, too.

Like he said if you have been out of treatment for years they just want to see if you’ve improved so to save them some money...
