We dont know..did you ask the person who "told" you this?  Is this a VARO decision?  BVA?  Normally the VA does not give "advance notice" of a favorable decision, but stranger things have happened.  Did the VA employee identify himself??

You are just going to have to wait on the decision.  It makes no sense for us to comment on "hearsay".

You are supposed to be given "expiditious treatment" by the VARO on implementation of your remand.  

Further, if this is a "partial grant"/partial remand, they are supposed to pay you right away for the award portion, and not delay it until the remanded portion is complete.  

It should not take long.
