Anthrax Vaccine Bad Batches (again...)

There are a couple of new documents circulating on social media that seem to indicate the VA is going to start awarding disability ratings for symptoms attributed to bad batches of the anthrax vaccine.  When I saw the first memo, I was highly skeptical, but on seeing the second document my skepticism decreased.  Is anyone hearing anything about this?  Other than the attached documents, I'm unable to find anything supporting or debunking this.

It only seems to involve Gulf War veterans.

There are some claims that were granted whereby the veteran claimed anthrax as one theory of entitlement yet they were awarded under different other  theories of entitlement.

Thank you, Berta!  I dug out the copies I made of my medical records just in case something is actually happening with this.  I was able to find a MEDPROS printout with manufacturers and lot numbers of the anthrax vaccinations I received (some marked unknown, but a Kuwait lot number matched one of the bad batches).

I'm actually 100% now, and never updated my info here.  My interest in the anthrax vaccine is more about trying to understand how my physical and mental health deteriorated so rapidly over the course of a year.  The date of my "bad batch" dose corresponds directly to the start of my decline.

I'm not much interested in going back into the traditional workforce, but now that I've managed to get my head screwed back on fairly straight am putting together a work from home plan.

Although this memo only refers to Ft Campbell and Ft Drum, my husband and I both received several vaccines from "bad" lots listed and we were on Air Force bases. It would be nice if compensation for this ever really came about like what has happened with AO.
