I m honored that I may be able to help you. You have given me alot of valuable information.

Right now, I m waiting for Dr. Bash's IMO, my letter and my duty assignments form be logged in at AMC then I plan a calling and writing campaign for them to make a decision.

This is my plan:

Ask my congresspersons to write one letter asking for the AMC to make a decision within two weeks.

Calling the AMC director, asking for same.

Send a certified letter from me about every two weeks asking for same.

On mine I had to take out the part about the Mariano V Principi Vet. App 305, 312 is applicable to this issue.

As Berta reminded me, I had a negative being sent back for a New Opinion.

How can they make a negative any more negative than it already is.

This would apply to Dr. Mullers More likely than Not and then the C&P 5 months later for the denial.

It sure was nice to be able to go in an paste the other regulations that I needed.
