Are you service connected for depression? If you are why worry about a PTSD diagnosis? You can get 100% for depression easier than PTSD. If your SMR's show diagnosis and treatment for depression you are home free. All you would have to show is severity of symptoms and you have that in spades.

Are you service connected for depression? SC for depression is only at 30% If you are why worry about a PTSD diagnosis? Because I beleive I have PTSD and it is my biggest problem. You can get 100% for depression easier than PTSD. I'm already being treated for PTSD, today was my first day of anger management, and tomorrow is my first day of PTSD Education If your SMR's show diagnosis and treatment for depression you are home free. All you would have to show is severity of symptoms and you have that in spades. Hasnt done any good so far a rating at 30% what a insult

FLHRCI, looks like to me he made a firm diagnosis for depression and ruled out PTSD. Not saying you do not have PTSD just simply saying that it looks like this doctor is telling the VA that it does not exist as he has ruled it out.
