  1. Hello Tbird! I just finished praying for you and your family. You are going to be just fine. I know this for a fact because Isaiah 54:17 states that "No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper." Keep the faith! Myself, and many other veterans are here to support you!!!

  3. This document amends the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Schedule for Rating Disabilities (``VASRD'' or ``rating schedule'') by revising the portion of the rating schedule that addresses the musculoskeletal system. The purpose of this revision is to ensure that this portion of the rating schedule uses current medical terminology and provides detailed and updated criteria for the evaluation of musculoskeletal disabilities. 5. Hamslice My guess it would certainly make sense to make an IRIS inquiry on it and see what they say. You have a few months for it to be in effect. If you think that your condition definitely hasn't improved and should meet the criteria for the increased rating of 30%, get an outside doc's opinion and submit a supplemental claim for the increase. Not much to lose, right?

  6. This is a "must read" for anyone with musculoskeletal disabilities that will be applying for for claims or for increases. Note that it goes into effect in 3 months, 2-7-21.

  7. So, this may have not been accurate either LOL. I checked my Va.gov this morning and noticed my HLR is showing CLOSED as of 27NOV2020. No other details, probably will need to just wait for a decision letter or maybe they'll hold the letter until the TDIU claim is finished? Not fully sure what is happening at this point but it looks like progress so I will think positive! Correction**** I now see the error of my interpretation from my attorneys document. I believe my attorney had simply asked that "a request for total disability evaluation based on individual unemployability part and parce

  8. "However, it seems that if I put in all my disabilities into the calculator, and do not work off percentages of old disabilities, it will take a near miracle to get to anything past 95% to get me to 100% disability. How frustrating" 85% to 100% will take a whole bunch, probably 70% or better of new claims. I was in the 80's with round down to 80. I put in some new claims and got an additional 10 and an additions 30 ratings. That put me at 91 with a round down to 90. Now, I would need 4-10% or 2-10's and a 20% or 2-20's, or one 30% bilateral, or you get the idea, basical
