I have found all documents to support my claims and they're in my possession. Yes. I have been doing a lot of research! Interesting note*: My prior claims were lost for 28 yrs and then for some reason they found out that I had lost my place in some docket and every time it came up it would be shuffled back to the bottom! Isn't that illegal? (explanation from a VFW person at the Seattle VBA!) This is just all really weird, but I am not giving up! Thanks Everybody!

Here is a VA Claims Agent who has given his all to assist me in my many claims and appeals over the last few years. I still am being represented by John, so please, do not hesitate to contact this man...he will do you right!!! I will recommend JOHN DORLE, VA Claims Agent. His eMail: benefitsagent@comcast.net or Tel: (651) 303 3062 Thank you, Robert

Stephanie, I listened to the pod cast, and am dealing with WACO RO myself. John Dorle is helping my wife right now, and got me 100 P and T . My wife was denied, and the DRO did some questionable stuff, like turning the microphone off when we submitted evidence. we told him we wanted a formal hearing, so EVERYTHING should have been heard. The DRO was also resisting evidence saying he had everything, but it wasnt mentioned in the denial or SOC/ did not schedule CP exams, even though my wifes own VA doctor wrote a strong nexus letter.. was the goon who was your DRO possibly named Steve , wore glasses, middle aged to older man, around 6 foot ? John is a GREAT benefits agent, I got the runaround from TEXAS VET, VFW, DAV, AMER LEGION, they all work inside the VA in waco, and do what they are told. they will try to get you a little something, but when it comes to TDIU, 100 percent, ect, the VA tells them to beat it.. I would reccommend you yank POA from your rep, and hire John Dorle. best money I ever spent. he got me 25 grand back pay, and from 60 to 100 percent PT with special monthly comp in abt 15 months. thanks for your service, and always remember, THE CLAIM IS NEVER OVER UNTIL THE VETERAN SAYS ITS OVER.!

We are waiting on a sleep apnea claim as well. Hubby had the study and clearly because he is a CO2 retainer and has hypoxia on top, it has caused Respiratory failure. He no long sleeps just 4 hrs but a full 9 , his snoriing had subsided along with the night terrors, His heart has improved and he if feeling better as well. He has a tracheostomy and so his maching attaches diredtly to that. Had to juno through mounds of hoops to get it however and many questions from Drs about it. I actually had to go with him into a trach hospotal for 3 weeks with him to train in its use. Its been a big help.

So I just had the fasting Claim in History! The VA found my pending claim. Called me last Tuesday. Opened a claim back to 2001. VES called me and scheduled a blood test on Tuesday, I went to the Clinic on Friday and got the blood drawn. The next Saturday (2 days ago), I had the C&P Exam. Monday (today) they called me to finalize the decision and are sending out the documents. They also have voluntarily CUE'ed themselves on the date of my original ratings which were 1 year off. I though you might like that Berta they are taking your trend LOL.

Hey buddy I haven't been on this site for awhile due to my disabilities. My TBI and PTSD a has gotten the best of me this last year. I couldn't remember my log-in name or password. Finally came across some old print out papers i had with passwords. Since being on herlast i have suffered from severe memory loss. I believe I'm on the verge of probably heading towards dementia or alzheimers disease. ill be 59 years old this March and to young to be going through this. I seen on this site you have assisted alot of veterans with questions. Bless you. I wish I could do the same, but don't want to give them the wrong information. You know i did all my claim on my own, how, god knows, but this website was a tremendous help. My disabilities are, TBI/PTSD-100%, Depression-109%, left knee-10%, right knee - 10 %, Gerd-20%, .

I hate reading my case, and my files, it breaks me up, total despair from the hell.... it tears me apart... and I know I sound like I am whining but everyone has a breaking point... I was reading through a couple large boxes of my medical records and see the info on my docket number, and what they have written for the case, the judge, the BVA, etc.. I lived it, so when they write it loos so twisted and facts are often wrong, and look twisted to benefit them.... they also leave things out, gloss over, or make it look like am a bad guy... there are a few instances where the judge did help me. I think, I really can't tell until all is done. It rips my apart mentally makes me want to just fold up... It to much,,,, too, too much... it really hurts me to see an organization write whatever they want knowing that no one can change it, only they can. So, anything wrong, anything that should be change for the sake of decency, honesty, or benefits of the doubt is left as is never to be corrected. It is like they consider us all liars…. but what really hurts us al is the way they have went from treating vets in wars that came before us, they look at us like we are less honorable and lie more.. and so they will make sure we get screwed, just because they can......if I am getting screwed, it has to be everyone..... it just can't be me? Hell, I never reported every injury, yet the ones I did report and have medical documents are still discarded and treated like the doctors lied too... again, maybe my words will not be needed, maybe I will be vindicated... but I can honestly say given what I have been through, I could not have done much better in my fight... there were times I should have been going to see some BSO filing documents, but there were time I tried and was turned away... because they didn't have time or they just sucked, or they were no longer there and I was handed off like garbage into the trash.. lots of time lawyers saw my case and either told me they didn't want a case that took more than 1 or 2 years max... or they just would not talk... could not find doctors for IMO's no matter how much I tried.. and I was trying all while being extremely sick, in a wheel chair or fighting for my life.. The doctors for the IMO's were arrogant expensive and refused to follow the directing I needed for format. They were charging $2,0o0 dollars up front and $600.00 an inch, where I have many feet of documents. I read my BVA docket and remands and it breaks me heart. I lived through all of the hell, and the words do not convey it. Just pages of labs, doctors notes, progress reports... and like I said the BVA Judge, the VA, RO, VARO< well they do not read the documents, so what good did it do to sign the releases. I even sent some back as new, they didn't read them, so they qualify as new. At least that is my take on evidence. Evidence like I am on trial for being sick and injured. MY father got out of the Navy at the end of Korea, never went to a doctor, 3o year later, he filed, they talked to one doctor and they gave him benefits, I spent my whole life trying to get help from doctors and they just screw me. That gives me the impression that older vets got more help and respect, newer vets the shaft. I could be wrong. I read my case was finally put on a faster tract, Well, the last filings are 10 years old,, that is faster? (supposedly they put my case on the faster BVA tract, sped up because of my circumstances of have deadly diseases.) I don't know, seems like it's on the slow boat. The surgeons honestly led me to believe that patched me up and I only had a few shorts years left. But I made it 2x longer.. I don't know why. But I can only lay around too sick to enjoy life. But I try a little. Food and drink and exercise al make me sick,,, doesn't leave much.
