Based on my own experience with VA audiologist's I will try and explain it you. They take the results of the 1000, 2000, 3000 and 4000 pure tone results and add them together and then divide by 4. It appears in your case that for the right ear they would be 80, 85, 85 and 76 =326/4 =81.5 for the left ear it is 85, 90 ,90 93 = 358/4 = 89.5. I don't what the lower numbers are for each ear. I would guess it is 250 and 500 hertz. They use the results 81.5 and 89.5 to determine your rating. Per VA guide lines if your DB level for 2000 hertz is 70 or more they do not use the CNC maryland word test. They use table VI-A and apply a roman numeral to each ear and then determine your level of hearing loss. Each ear is rated separately.
