I receive TDIU I"m 80%. I will be 65 in September 2020. Can i get rated to 100%. I'm getting paid 100%. Or should i do nothing and stay on TDIU. Thank you Mag29

I'm a retired marine and disable veteran collecting both payments. I was told that H.R. 303 bill was passed, and that they would not be deducting my va money from my retirement check. as of Jan 1, 2012. Is this TRUE ????
