Thank you everybody for the quick responses and kind words. I recieved the brown envelope today and was in fact SC'd for 60%!!!! I'm getting very excited with all of you saying that I should see a payment soon. I didn't mention this in my earlier post, but I want to suggest to those still going through this process, to get in contact with their local congressman. After contacting Bill Shuster my claim went from pending decision, to notification, to complete in 1 day! Now I'm sure not everyone can expect the same results, but I am very happy with the response that I recieved.

First I want to thank everybody on this forum for all the great information. I've done a ton of reading and this is my first post. I filed my claim on 6/30/11 and the case closed on 5/22/12 out of the Pittsburgh regional office. My question Is....Do you guys suspect that I'll receive my payment soon? According to the letter generator I'm getting 60% but I'll believe it when I see it. I know that there is no time frame for any of the stages during the claim's life, however I was wondering if many People have received quick payment once the claim is closed Thanks
